SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – ₱145 | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping – ₱250 | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
- Free Shipping – On orders over ₱2000
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within the Philippines.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to all areas within the Philippines and other Countries
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Delayed or Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at connect.jca.coshopp@gmail.com so we can assist you.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.
